Team Du Coeur Audition Registration

Team du Coeur Registration Form 2010-2011. Please fill out form and send in prior to Placement Day (May 18).

Things to bring to audition:
• Copy of US Figure Skating membership card
• Copy of birth certificate if new to team
• $25.00 for Intro team, Beginner divisions and Preliminary team; $40 for Pre-Juvenile and Open Juvenile

Placement Day is closed to spectators for the Pre-Juvenile and Open Juvenile divisions.

Important: New and returning skaters in Basic Skills or Pre-Preliminary Moves should fill out the Skater Survey Form and bring to Placement Day. Click here for Required Skater Survey Form
